By using Octopus electronic bricks, you may connect Arduino/Freaduino compatible boards easily with various digital, analog and I2C/Uart interfaces. These the breadboard-less firm connection are prepared to extensive modules like poteniometers, sensors, relays, servos…even buttons, just plug and play. This is a Rain/steam sensor from ElecFreaks. This steam sensor can be connected to the Arduino IO Expansion shield directly. The output voltage will increase when the humidity of the sensor surface goes up. You even could use it as a touch panel. Warning: The connector is not waterproof, please be careful not to put the connector directly in water. Interestingly, it also can be a touch pad in your project. 9 DOF sensor module is a triple version for ITG3205 triaxial gyroscope + HMC5883L triaxial magnetic field + ADXL345 triaxial acceleration. These three sensors can be used for measuring angles,the magnetic field direction,tilt, acceleration respectively,and now we can combine them on one board, so that we can achieve three sensor functional tests on one board. And our module requires only a simple 4-wire I2C interface connected with Arduino UNO, which can achieve functional tests, very simply and conveniently.
